Starting Fresh

My favorite project to date was project managing the build out of PARISOMA. I managed a $500,000, 16,000 square foot redesign and construction renovation of an in use co-working space in San Francisco, California. I monitored every step by identifying and resolving problems, adhering to the multi-month schedule, and making adjustments in a timely, accurate and proactive fashion.

Managing Teams and Timelines

Ensured close collaboration and communication with owners, members, subcontractors and vendors.

Personally purchased and tracked all furniture, materials, and appliances, while overseeing all expenses and budgets.

Created and managed pre-construction and construction schedules, including all trade and subcontractors.

 

 

 


Construction Workflow

Created and monitored by identifying, uncovering and resolving problems, tracking status of the schedule, making adjustments in a timely, accurate and proactive fashion.

Challenged and verified proposals if needed. Thoroughly and promptly leveled bids, negotiated and executed contracts.

Maintained schedules, meetings, changed orders, logs, work plans, timelines, submittals and construction documents to ensure progress is adhered to by all parties.

Execution

Enacted consistent systems, processes and procedures to ensure seamless project execution.

Oversaw project costs, allowances and contingencies while monitoring contract cost performance.

Reviewed all architectural/mechanical/electrical/plumbing/fire alarm/AV/fire protection and contract documents and specifications.

Finished on time and on budget.
